What about scratches on the display case?
The acrylic display cases are handmade, so it's inevitable that there will be minor scratches during the manufacturing process. These scratches won't impact the overall functionality or use. If you're looking for a product that's completely free of scratches, please think carefully before purchasing.
What about the odor/smell of the display case?
During the manufacturing process of the display case, a small amount of EU-compliant glue is used for assembly, and this glue poses no harm to the human body. If you are allergic to odors/smells, please purchase with caution.
How can I quickly eliminate/remove the odor from the display case?
①You can place the display case in a cool, well-ventilated area for 1-2 days or use an electric fan to assist with air circulation and speed up the dissipation of glue fumes.
②You can use professional home deodorizing ointment and place it inside the display case to accelerate the removal of odors.
③There is no detectable odor when the display case's compartment door is closed.
Regarding express delivery/shipping services?
The display cases are manufactured and dispatched from Beijing, China. They will be transported via domestic express delivery within China, pass through Chinese customs, and then be shipped to your country by sea or air. Upon arrival in your country, they will go through customs clearance and other relevant procedures. For the estimated delivery time, please consult our customer service directly or leave us a message via email!
What about the packaging for express delivery?
For international express deliveries, we will add extra protective measures. When opening the package, please do so slowly and carefully! Minors should open the package under the supervision of a guardian.
